Learn to fly above the water with our beginner-friendly wake foil program. There’s nothing quite like your first time lifting on a foil and we’re here to help you get there!
Designed for first-time riders through early intermediates, we break the process into simple, manageable steps so you can get up, find your balance, and experience your first lift faster. With less frustration, more fun, and expert coaching in a supportive, low-pressure environment, you’ll build confidence and progress at your own pace.

- Quick on-land intro (safety, gear, positioning)
- On-water coaching with step-by-step progression
- Up to 2.5-hour session when full
- 30 minutes of dedicated ride time per participant

Rocky Mountain Paddleboard requires 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund for SUP Yoga.
If you need to adjust your booking, please select the “Change Booking” link above. You may update the time, date, or number of watercraft up to 24 hours before your reservation.
In the case of inclement weather, Rocky Mountain Paddleboard will issue a digital gift card for the full amount of your purchase. These gift cards expire two seasons after issuance and are valid at any RMP location.
Unfortunately, RMP is unable to issue refunds for no-call/no-show reservations.
