Learn to waterski with expert coaching, no gear needed! A fun, beginner-friendly way to build confidence and get up on the water.

Learning to waterski for the first time can feel intimidating, but that’s exactly why this program is built around a supportive group environment. Watching others learn, cheering each other on from the boat, and realizing everyone starts somewhere makes the process feel far less overwhelming and a lot more fun.
Designed for first-time skiers and beginners, our coaches break everything down into simple, manageable steps so you can build confidence, learn the basics, and celebrate those first successful rides. From learning on double skis to progressing into slalom skiing, our instructors will help you advance at your own pace in a welcoming and encouraging environment. With expert coaching, positive support, and plenty of time on the water, you’ll leave feeling more confident and comfortable behind the boat.
Class Layout
- 15 minute on-land intro (safety, gear, positioning, technique)
- Step-by-step on-water coaching in a supportive group environment
- Goal of 30 minutes of dedicated ride time per participant
- Up to 2-hour session when class is full
- 10-minute end-of-session recap (coaching tips, progress feedback, next-step recommendations)

Rocky Mountain Paddleboard requires 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund for SUP Yoga.
If you need to adjust your booking, please select the “Change Booking” link above. You may update the time, date, or number of watercraft up to 24 hours before your reservation.
In the case of inclement weather, Rocky Mountain Paddleboard will issue a digital gift card for the full amount of your purchase. These gift cards expire two seasons after issuance and are valid at any RMP location.
Unfortunately, RMP is unable to issue refunds for no-call/no-show reservations.
