Mondays
Our 2-hour community paddles are beginner-friendly and open to everyone. Sessions run in partnership with RPT, who bring certified dragon boat coaching to every session — so you'll leave having actually learned something.
Here's how it flows:
- Land intro & technique — RPT coaches walk you through paddle grip, stroke timing, and how to move as a crew before you ever hit the water.
- On the water — You'll warm up, find your rhythm, and work through coached intervals at race pace. Expect it to click faster than you think.
- Cool-down & debrief — Easy paddle back, dock the boat, and hear from RPT coaches on what's next — including how to get more involved in competitive paddling.
Bring clothes you can get wet, water shoes, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Everything else is provided.
Rocky Mountain Paddleboard requires 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund for SUP Yoga.
If you need to adjust your booking, please select the “Change Booking” link above. You may update the time, date, or number of watercraft up to 24 hours before your reservation.
In the case of inclement weather, Rocky Mountain Paddleboard will issue a digital gift card for the full amount of your purchase. These gift cards expire two seasons after issuance and are valid at any RMP location.
Unfortunately, RMP is unable to issue refunds for no-call/no-show reservations.
